As a busy local who is constantly on the go, this is a great pit stop for both breakfast and lunch, There are quick, excellent quality, bold flavors and you can even get dessert here too! Ice cream is the best cure all for the hot summer days, right after a hike, walking through town, or just plain rewarding yourself! This in one of the best mid day places to eat in Pagosa Springs! Thanks guys for all that you do at the Peak Deli!

    • Dan, I appreciate the love of our brisket…it is awesome!! I hope you can appreciate the effort it takes to make brisket so delicious. I have a hard time doing the all day smoker thing during the fall/winter lower temperatures affect the ability to maintain the heat…blah, blah…I really don’t like getting up that early all the time! ;o) Please try some of our other delicious fare until next summer.
